June 25 - Ice Cream Social 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Homemade ice cream served with choice of sandwich, pie or cake, and choice of drink. Join us in a tradition that dates back more than 50 years. What a great break from the Nebraska summer heat!
July 12 - Outreach Street Dance, Food, and Fun - 5:00 p.m. Games and hot dogs for the little ones. Street dance for the older ones. Activities in front of the Church on 4th and Washington Street. This first time event will be organized by the Mary Martha Circle. Please feel welcome to join in fun for the whole community. See Photos
July 23 - Ice Cream Social 5:00 p.m. - 7:00p.m. Even more fun than the first. Enjoy a meal and a big bowl of homemade ice cream. Socialize with freinds from the Church, the commnity and southeast Nebraska.
September 7 - Rally and Promotion Sunday followed by Potluck & Ad. Council Meeting. Special activities scheduled for Sunday School-aged children to celebrate the beginning of another year of Sunday School. Bring a covered dish and stay to discuss important Church news and business.
October - Crop Walk Walk - Join area churches in a 4-6 mile walk to raise money to prevent world hunger.
October 28 - November 2 - Collect for UNICEF
November 8 - Fall Potato Bake - Organized by the Mary Martha Circle. Baked potatoes served with your choice of toppings.
November 17 - God's Acre Collection and Pot Luck Dinner
November 30 - Advent Service (1st Sunday in ADVENT)
December 7 - Panama Soup Lunch - 11:45 a.m. - Join the Panama Church for soup and indoor caroling.
December 14 - Hayrack Ride Caroling - 5:00 p.m. and Soup Supper - 6:00 p.m. One of the favorite activities of the year. Bundle up and step back in time as we enjoy an old fashioned hayrack ride while singing our favorite Christmas carols. Soup supper following caroling.
December 24 - Christmas Eve Program - 7:30 p.m. Join us as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, with a program presented by the children of the Church.
